Description

Kohautia subverticillata (also called Subverticillate Kohautia, among many other common names) is a species of palm native to Africa. It is an evergreen tree growing to 8 m tall, with a trunk up to 30 cm diameter. It has a dense crown of pinnate leaves up to 2.5 m long, each leaf with up to 100 leaflets. It grows in rainforest and dry forest habitats.
