Description
Hydnophytum spathulatum (also called Spathulate Ant Plant, among many other common names) is a species of epiphytic plant native to New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. It is a small, shrubby plant with thick, succulent stems and glossy, spathulate leaves. It grows in tropical rainforests, often on the branches of trees.
