Description
Hedyotis lessertiana (also called Lessert's Hedyotis, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Rubiaceae family. It is native to India, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. It is found in tropical and subtropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and disturbed areas.

Hedyotis lessertiana has white flowers with five petals and a yellow center. The seeds are small and round with a black and white striped pattern. The seedlings are small and have a single stem with two small, oval-shaped leaves.
