Description
Gaertnera cuneifolia (also called 'Kelat', among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 8 m in height. It is native to the tropical regions of Southeast Asia and is found in open forests, scrublands, and grasslands. It has a smooth, grey bark and its leaves are simple, alternate, and lanceolate-oblong in shape.

Gaertnera cuneifolia has white flowers with yellow centers and small, black seeds. The seedlings are small and have a single, oval-shaped leaf.
