Cuviera trilocularis (also called Three-Lobed Cuviera, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub native to tropical Africa. It is a member of the Rubiaceae family and grows to a height of up to 3 m. It has trilobed leaves and white flowers. It is found in moist, shady habitats such as rainforests and riverbanks.
