Description

Bertiera congolana (also called Congolese Bertiera, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to South America. It has a single, large, oblong leaf and a single, erect, terminal, racemose inflorescence. It is found in humid forests, often in the shade of trees, at elevations of up to 1000 m.
