Amaracarpus ledermannii (also called Surinam cherry, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Myrtaceae. It is native to South America, where it grows in tropical and subtropical forests. It is a shrub or small tree, growing to a height of up to 5 m (16 ft).
