Description
Rubus lohfauensis (also called Chinese Bramble, among many other common names) is a deciduous shrub native to China and Japan. It has long, arching stems with small, white flowers and red, edible fruits. It prefers moist, shady habitats and can be found in forests, thickets, and along streams.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Rubus lohfauensis has small, white flowers that bloom from June to August. The flowers are followed by small, dry, black seeds. The seedlings have a single stem with a basal rosette of leaves.
