Description

Rosa glaucoides (also called Red-Leaved Rose, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Rosaceae family. It is a deciduous shrub that grows to a height of 1–2 m and has a trunk diameter of up to 10 cm. It is native to Central and Eastern Europe and is found in moist forests, riverbanks and rocky slopes.
