Description

Pseudocydonia sinensis (also called Chinese Quince, among many other common names) is a deciduous shrub or small tree that grows up to 8 m tall. It is native to China, where it is found in moist woods, along streams, and in other wet areas. It has dark green, ovate leaves and small white flowers that bloom in the spring. The fruit is a small, red-purple, edible drupe.
