Description
Potentilla neglecta (also called dwarf cinquefoil, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the rose family, native to Central and Eastern Europe. It is a low-growing perennial herb growing to 10–30 cm tall, with deeply-lobed leaves and yellow-green flowers. It is found in dry, sunny places, often on limestone soils.

The flowers of Potentilla neglecta are yellow and have five petals. The seeds are small, brown, and oval-shaped. The seedlings have reddish-brown stems and light green leaves.
