Geum heterocarpum (also called 'Yellow Avens', among many other common names) is an herbaceous perennial native to Europe and Asia. It typically grows in moist, shady areas and can reach a height of up to 1 m. Its leaves are divided into three leaflets and its flowers are yellow.
