Description

Filipendula intermedia (also called Intermediate meadowsweet, among many other common names) is a deciduous shrub native to Central Asia. It has a rounded crown, with a trunk up to 30 cm in diameter. Its leaves are ovate-lanceolate, with a serrated margin and a pointed tip. It is found in forests, grasslands, and scrublands, at altitudes of up to 3,000 meters.
