Description
Cotoneaster transcaucasicus (also called Transcaucasian Cotoneaster, among many other common names) is a deciduous shrub that grows up to 1.5 m tall. It is native to eastern Asia and is found in woodlands, thickets, and along stream banks. Its leaves are ovate to oblong-lanceolate, with serrate margins and densely pubescent. Its flowers are white, and its fruits are small, red pomes.
