Amelanchier spicata (also called Spiked Serviceberry, among many other common names) is a deciduous shrub native to the mountains of Central and Southwestern China. It has an upright habit, with lobed leaves and white flowers. It grows in montane forests and scrublands, at elevations of up to 3,000 m.
