Description
Rhamnus ussuriensis (also called Ussuri Buckthorn, among many other common names) is a species of shrub in the Rhamnaceae family. It is native to the Himalayas, from Afghanistan to western China, and is found in alpine and subalpine habitats.
Uses & Benefits
Rhamnus ussuriensis is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a hedge plant. It is also used for erosion control and as a windbreak.
