Ranunculus cryptanthus (also called Cryptanthe Buttercup, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Ranunculaceae family. It is a perennial herb with yellow flowers and is native to the Caucasus and Turkey. It grows in meadows, grasslands, and open woodlands.
