Hakea obliqua (also called Oblique Needlewood, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 6 m tall. It is native to Australia, occurring in the states of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. It grows in a variety of habitats, including dry sclerophyll forest, woodland, and heathland.
