Description
Primula obliqua (also called Primrose, Birdseye Primrose, among many other common names) is a perennial plant with bright yellow flowers and a basal rosette of leaves. It is native to Europe, Asia, and North America and is found in meadows, grasslands, and open woodlands.
Cultivation and Propagation
Primula obliqua is a hardy perennial that prefers moist, well-drained soil in partial shade. Propagate by division in spring or autumn, or by seed sown in spring.
