Description

Maesa haplobotrys (also called yellow maesa, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that grows up to 10 meters in height. It is native to India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia. It grows in tropical and subtropical forests, as well as in disturbed areas such as roadsides.
