Description
Lysimachia biflora (also called two-flowered loosestrife, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to China, Japan and Korea. It is a low-growing plant with small, white, star-shaped flowers and linear, opposite leaves. It grows in moist habitats, such as near streams and ponds.

Lysimachia biflora has small, white flowers with five petals and five sepals. The seeds are small and black, and the seedlings have a single pair of cotyledons.
Cultivation and Propagation
Lysimachia biflora is a perennial herbaceous plant that can be grown in full sun or partial shade. It prefers moist, well-drained soils and can be propagated by division or seed. It is drought tolerant but will benefit from regular watering during dry spells.
