Polygonum heterosepalum (also called Heterosepalous Knotweed, among many other common names) is an annual or perennial plant native to Europe and Asia. It has a basal rosette of lanceolate leaves and a tall, erect stem with small white flowers. It grows in moist, grassy areas, such as riverbanks, meadows, and roadsides.
