Calligonum amoenum (also called Amoenum Calligonum, among many other common names) is an evergreen shrub belonging to the Polygonaceae family. It is native to Central Asia, primarily in the deserts of Kazakhstan, and is found in dry meadows and rocky slopes. It has small, spiny leaves and small white flowers.
