Description

Zoysia seslerioides (also called Sesleria-Like Zoysia, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the grasslands of Southeast Asia. It grows in clumps up to 1 meter tall and has thin, wiry stems with narrow, pointed leaves. It prefers moist, well-drained soils and full sun.

It is a low-maintenance grass that requires little fertilization and mowing. It is propagated by seed or by vegetative means such as stolons, rhizomes and plugs. Zoysia seslerioides is best suited to full sun and moist, well-drained soil.
