Description
Triraphis compacta (also called Compact lovegrass, among many other common names) is a species of grass in the family Poaceae, native to Africa. It is a perennial grass, growing to 1–2 m tall, with a tuft of leaves at the base and a flowering stem up to 1.5 m tall. The leaves are up to 30 cm long and 2 cm broad, with a pointed tip.
