Description
Themeda helferi (also called Helfer's Silvergrass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to China. It is a tufted grass with short rhizomes and grows to a height of 0.5-1.5 m. It is found in open grasslands, woodlands, and along roadsides. It is drought and frost tolerant.
