Description
Stipagrostis acutiflora (also called Sharp-flowered Needlegrass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the Mediterranean region. It has thin, wiry stems and narrow, linear leaves. It grows in dry, sunny areas and is often found in grasslands, meadows, and open woodlands.
Uses & Benefits
Stipagrostis acutiflora is used as an ornamental grass in landscaping and gardens. It is also used for erosion control and as a soil stabilizer.
