Stipa tzvelevii (also called Tzvelev's Needlegrass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Central Asia and the Middle East. It grows to a height of 1.2 meters and has long, narrow leaves and thin stems. It prefers dry, sunny habitats and is often found in arid, rocky areas.
