Description

Stipa mayeri (also called Mayer's Needlegrass, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to the Caucasus region of Eurasia. It is an evergreen perennial grass growing to 0.6 m (2ft) by 0.3 m (1ft in). It is found in dry, sunny, open grasslands and rocky hillsides.
