Description

Stipa issaevii (also called Issaev's Needlegrass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Central and Eastern Europe, as well as parts of Central Asia. It grows in dry grasslands, steppes, and meadows, and is characterized by its erect stems, which can reach up to 1.2m in height, and its narrow, lance-shaped leaves.
