Description

Stipa hoggarensis (also called Hoggarensis feather grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Europe and Asia. It has thin, bright green leaves and grows in tufts, reaching a height of up to 1.5 feet. It grows in dry, open areas and is drought tolerant.

Uses & Benefits

Stipa hoggarensis is used for erosion control, as a windbreak, and as an ornamental grass in landscaping.
