Description
Sporobolus engleri (also called Engler's Dropseed, among many other common names) is a perennial grass that grows in clumps and has an erect stem. It is native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico and is found in dry, sandy areas and in alkaline soils.
Uses & Benefits
Sporobolus engleri is used as a forage grass for livestock, as a soil stabilizer, and as an ornamental grass in landscaping.
