Description

Spodiopogon lacei (also called Lace's Bamboo, among many other common names) is a clumping bamboo species native to India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. It has thin, light green culms with a diameter of 0.7-1.2 cm and a length of up to 5 m. It prefers moist, well-drained soils in full sun or partial shade and is often found in tropical and subtropical forests.
