Description
Sorghum controversum (also called Sorghum, among many other common names) is an annual grass which grows up to 1.5m in height and has long, narrow leaves. It is native to tropical and subtropical regions of the world and is found in grasslands, savannas, and disturbed areas.
Uses & Benefits
Sorghum controversum is used as an animal feed, forage, and as a soil cover crop. It is also used in the production of ethanol and as a source of biofuel.
