Description
Sesleria leucocephala (also called White-headed grass, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to Europe. It grows in dry, rocky areas and in scrublands.
Uses & Benefits
Sesleria latifolia is used in traditional medicine for treating fever, diarrhoea, and skin diseases. It is also used as a source of timber for making furniture and construction materials.
