Description
Sesleria coerulans (also called Blue Meadow-grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the Mediterranean region. It has a tufted habit and grows up to 40 cm tall. It has narrow, linear leaves and small, blue flowers. It is found in meadows, grasslands, and rocky slopes in its native region.
Uses & Benefits
Sesleria coerulans is used in traditional medicine for treating fever, diarrhoea, and skin diseases. It is also used as a source of timber for making furniture and construction materials.
