Schizostachyum helferi (also called Helfer's Bamboo, among many other common names) is a species of bamboo native to Southeast Asia. It is a clumping bamboo with short, green culms and thin, yellow-green leaves. It grows in moist, shady areas, such as along rivers and in forests.
