Description
Sasa tenryuriparia (also called Tenryu Riparia Bamboo, among many other common names) is a species of bamboo native to Japan. It is a clumping bamboo, growing in dense tufts, and is typically found in forests, thickets, and along streams. It has long, slender, green culms with a zig-zag pattern, and grows to a height of 1-2 m.
