Description

Sasa jotanii (also called Jotani Bamboo, among many other common names) is a perennial evergreen bamboo native to Japan. It typically grows to a height of 1-2 m (3-6 ft) and has a clumping habit. It has narrow, green leaves and small, yellowish-green flowers. It is found in moist, shady areas, such as forests and woodlands.
