Description
Rostraria salzmannii (also called Salzmann's Bristle-Grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass with a tufted habit. It is native to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, and is found in dry grassland, steppe and open woodland habitats.

Rostraria salzmannii is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and parks, and is also used as a fodder crop for livestock.
