Polytoca javanica (also called Java Polytoca, among many other common names) is an annual grass species native to Southeast Asia. It has a slender stem with a tuft of long, narrow leaves at the base and a long, narrow inflorescence. It grows in moist to wet soils in open grasslands, meadows, and along roadsides.
