Phyllostachys lofushanensis (also called 'Lofushan Bamboo' or 'Lofushan Giant Bamboo', among many other common names) is a species of bamboo native to China. It is a clumping bamboo with a maximum height of 25 feet and a culm diameter of 1.5 inches. It prefers full sun to partial shade and is hardy in USDA zones 6-10.
