Description
Otachyrium versicolor (also called Purple Tussock-grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass species native to the Americas. It has a tufted habit and grows to a height of around 0.3-0.6 m. It is found in open woods, grasslands, and disturbed areas. It has a purplish-green inflorescence and is drought tolerant.
