Nassella brachyglumis (also called Short-awned Needlegrass, among many other common names) is a species of grass in the Poaceae family. It is native to South America and is found in dry grasslands and open woodlands. It has short, stiff, narrow leaves and produces a tall, erect, branched inflorescence with small, yellow-green spikelets.
