Muhlenbergia pauciflora (also called few-flowered muhly, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It has long, thin, green leaves and small, fluffy, pinkish-purple flowers. It is found in dry, open areas such as grasslands, prairies, and roadsides.
