Description
Muhlenbergia curtisetosa (also called Bristly Muhlenbergia, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. It grows in moist, shady areas, such as in forests, woodlands, and along streams. It has long, narrow leaves and produces small, white flowers with bristly stems.

Muhlenbergia curtisetosa has small, white flowers that form in clusters at the top of the plant. The seeds are small and black. The seedlings are thin and delicate, with small, light green leaves.
