Description
Melocalamus truongsonensis (also called Truong Son Melocalamus, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Poaceae family. It is native to Vietnam. It typically grows in moist, shady forests, and can reach up to 2 meters in height.
Uses & Benefits
Melocalamus sotoana is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a houseplant. It is also used in traditional medicine to treat various ailments.

The flowers of Melocalamus truongsonensis are white and tubular. The seeds are small and black, and the seedlings are thin and delicate.
Cultivation and Propagation
Melocalamus truongsonensis is a tropical evergreen shrub native to Central and South America. It prefers moist, well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade.
