Description
Leydeum piperi (also called Piper's Wildrye, Piper's Wild Rye, and Piper's Rye, among many other common names) is a species of wild rye native to the western coast of North America. It is a tufted perennial grass growing up to 1.5 m tall. It is found in dry grasslands, rocky slopes, and other disturbed habitats.
