Description
Leptochloa viscida (also called sticky sprangletop, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to the United States. It is a tufted perennial grass with erect, smooth, and slender culms. The leaves are flat, smooth, and have a pointed tip. It is found in dry, sandy soils and is common in the southeastern United States.
