Koeleria crassipes (also called Thick-stalked hairgrass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass found in meadows and pastures. It has a tufted habit and grows to a height of 10-50 cm. It is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa. It is found in dry, sunny grasslands, meadows, and pastures.
